Enterprise products rarely fail on capability. They fail because the capability cannot be found: eleven years of shipped features arranged in the order they were built. We audited every screen against the jobs four real roles do in a week, collapsed 60 top-level destinations into nine, and gave every remaining one a name somebody outside the company would recognise.
